Rachel E. Ellis of Livelihood Law, LLC is a dedicated advocate for workplace fairness and the advancement of employee rights. She represents private-sector and state employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and commission disputes, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, severance negotiations, and unemployment benefits. Ms. Ellis is also deeply committed to legislative reform that strengthens protections for Colorado workers.

Ms. Ellis regularly appears before the Colorado Legislature, Colorado’s State and Federal Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, and the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment. She is a former Officer and active member of the Colorado Plaintiffs Employment Lawyers Association, and has served as Events Chair for Colorado WOLF since 2023.
