Mariham Yaft is an experienced business and commercial real estate attorney with a strong background in complex civil litigation and contract law. Mariham began her career as a pharmacist in Australia. When she moved to Colorado with her husband, she decided to pursue a legal career. Mariham completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019, where she graduated with the prestigious Order of the Coif. Following her graduation, Mariham clerked with the Honorable William Hood of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Honorable Diana Terry of the Colorado Court of Appeals. With a keen interest in litigation, Mariham worked for a national firm, where she focused her practice on mass tort litigation and products liability defense, working with numerous Fortune 500 companies and handling various aspects of complex civil litigation and contract law in state and federal court. After discovering a passion to help small businesses navigate their legal challenges, Mariham now specializes in business law, construction, and commercial real estate. Her expertise from her clerkships and her work with complex litigation and national clients helps her understand the legal challenges businesses face every day and helps her find creative ways to protect her client’s businesses. Mariham is admitted to practice law in Colorado, and she holds admissions to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Seventh Circuits.
