In estate planning, we work alongside clients to plan ahead for incapacity and asset transfer at death. We also collaborate with clients in the post-death administration of estates, both trusts and probate. We also serve clients in need of conservatorships and guardianships to help loved ones no longer able to manage their own affairs.

Our equine law businesses include start-up and existing for-profit and non-profit businesses in horse breeding, horse boarding, horse training, horse racing, equine assisted therapies, and horse rescues.
