Kelly opened RIG in 2009 to increase access to immigration services for families and survivors of crime. We work on flat fees (usually on payment plans) for traditional and unbundled services. She and her staff are bilingual in English-Spanish and work with translators and interpreters of a client's choice for other languages. Kelly completed her undergrad at the University of Georgia with BAs in Spanish and International Relations with Latin America and certificates in International Agriculture and others. She attended law school at St. Mary's and the University of Denver.
