Professional Bio:

Jennifer McDonald focuses her practice on family law issues involving all aspects of divorce, custody, and post-decree issues. She represents clients across the State of Colorado, including but not limited to Arapahoe County, Adams County, Denver County and Douglas County.

Ms. McDonald founded The Law Firm of Jennifer S. McDonald, LLC with the vision of running a family law firm that is child and family focused. Jennifer tries to help all of her clients settle their divorce and custody cases. Jennifer believes that it is in the best interest of most parties and children to come to agreements, and settle their family law cases outside of Court.

Ms. McDonald handles cases involving dissolution of marriage, child custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, parental relocation, division of marital assets, grandparent rights, paternity, high asset divorces, drafting and review of prenuptial agreements, and more. Jennifer is a Children's Legal Representative, a Parenting Coordinator, and a Decision Maker (PC/DM). Jennifer's greatest joy comes from working as a mediator in family law cases. Jennifer worked as a Child and Family Investigator for seven years, and she uses her experience in those cases to help parties work together and settle their cases. Jennifer is trained in Collaborative Divorce, and enjoys working with other collaborative law professionals. Ms. McDonald handles her cases from beginning to end to ensure you know what you have signed up for.
