Debra L. Eiland is the founder and principal attorney at Debra L. Eiland, P.C., serving Colorado Springs and neighboring communities in El Paso, Teller, Pueblo, Park, Custer, and Fremont counties in the areas of business transactions, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, wills, estate administration, and probate litigation. A 4th generation Colorado native, Ms. Eiland attended college at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Distinction in 1992. She attended law school at the University of Denver College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate degree in 1999. Ms. Eiland is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Eiland is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado and El Paso County Women’s Bar Associations, the Colorado Municipal Judges Association, the Ben S. Wendelken Inn of Court, and Colorado Women Owned Law Firms, and is a 2012 graduate of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training program. She is a 2011 recipient of the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award for her community involvement, professional accomplishment, and positive impact on the local economy, and the 2018 El Paso County Bar Foundation Founders’ Award for her service to the legal community. Ms. Eiland has served as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Manitou Springs and for the City of Victor since 2020.

From 2015 through 2023, Ms. Eiland served two terms as a member of the 4th Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission for El Paso and Teller Counties.
