I'm a Denver-based lawyer creating quality, accessible, and comprehensive legal solutions to help my clients reach their peak. I earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from New York University. I started as an employment litigator after graduating from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. I have represented hundreds of small businesses, helped my clients raise millions in funds, and protected my clients’ brands. Since founding Basecamp Legal in 2016, I have found I am happiest when I'm helping startups and small businesses find solutions that are right for them. I have been a speaker at Denver Startup Week multiple times and recently served as a mentor for REI Co-op’s Path Ahead Ventures’ Embark Program. I'm licensed in California, Colorado, and Idaho.
