Abbey Moffitt Hruby is the owner of A. Moffitt Law. She specializes in criminal defense, handling domestic violence and DUI cases, as well as level 4, 5, and 6 felonies. She also specialized in record sealing, having dedicated many pro bono hours to bringing this relief to Coloradans. She testified in support of Colorado's Clean Slate legislation. Finally, she handles plaintiff personal injury for clients injured in car accidents. She graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law (and Iowa undergrad), and began her career as a deputy public defender in Golden, Colorado.
