Jennifer McDonald practices exclusively in family law. Jennifer takes family law litigation cases and she works as a family law mediator. She works on cased related to child custody, divorce, maintenance, child support, paternity, parenting time, premarital agreements, and division of assets. Jennifer knows that parties in divorce and custody situations area facing some of the most stressful times in their lives, and she strives to help parties come to amicable agreements whenever possible. Jennifer has been working in family law since 2011. She places a special emphasis on ensuring the best interests of children are considered in all family law cases. Jennifer worked as a Child and Family Investigator from 2018 until 2025. Jennifer is now focusing her practice on family law mediation and is taking cases as a Children's Legal Representative. Jennifer believes her time as a CFI gives her insight that helps promote amicable settlement for parties in custody and divorce cases.
